**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to targeted leads and respond to inbound inquiries for immigration services (Study Visa, Tourist Visa, Work Permits, PR, etc.).
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and counsel clients effectively to generate interest.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM.
- Build long-term client relationships through timely follow-ups and professional handling.
- Coordinate with visa counsellors and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years of proven telecalling/sales experience in the immigration industry.**:

- Strong communication, convincing, and objection-handling skills (Hindi & English mandatory; Punjabi is an advantage).
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Good knowledge of immigration products and processes (Study, Tourist, Work Permits, PR).
- Computer proficiency & experience in using CRM tools.
