Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our night shift team. As a Night Shift Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers working hours. Your goal will be to engage with prospects, promote our services, and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:
2. Gather and record information of each files.

3. Maintain accurate records of all calls and remarks.

4. Meet our Daily Call Volume

5. Maintain a clear and accurate record of all calls and outcomes in the CRM system.

7. Adhere to all company scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.

**Requirements**:
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

4. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or tele-sales

5. Ready to work in Night Shift

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office

8. Ability to adapt to a nighttime work schedule.

9. Good time management and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
