Pharma PCD Telecalling Sales Executives

We are pleased to offer you the position of *Pharma Telecalling Sales Executives
- at LXIR MEDILABS PVT LTD. We are excited to have you join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Sales Generation:* You will be responsible for generating sales by reaching out to potential customers through telephonic communication. The company will provide you with the necessary data and contact information.

2. *Customer Relationship Management:* You will manage and maintain relationships with our existing customers. This includes addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. *Sales Reporting:* You will be required to track and report your sales activities, including calls made, follow-ups, and outcomes. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions is essential.

4. *Target Achievement:* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance goals set by the company will be a critical aspect of your role.

5. *Feedback and Improvement:* Gathering feedback from customers and providing suggestions for improving products, services, and processes will be an ongoing responsibility.

*Qualifications and Skills Required:*
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20000.00 - ₹35000 per month(As per Experience)

Maximum PCD pharma sales Experience: 2-8Years

Minimum Experience:
Pharma Sales: 2-8year (required)

Telemarketing: 2-8year (required)

English (required)
