You will be responsible for engaging with both existing and prospective clients to promote and sell financial products offered by the company. Your primary focus will be on outbound calls to generate leads, establish rapport with clients, and effectively communicate the benefits of our financial solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Contact existing clients to sell financial products, including mutual funds, insurance, and other investment instruments.

2.Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our financial products and services, effectively communicate key features, and address any queries or concerns.

3.Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing assistance, understanding their financial goals.

4.Generate leads through proactive outreach efforts, including cold calling and follow-up calls, to identify potential prospects and opportunities for division growth.

5.Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system, including updates on leads, follow-up actions, and sales outcomes.

6.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to provide informed insights to clients during sales calls.

7.Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts, share feedback, and contribute to overall sales strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in customer service, or a related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to effectively persuade and influence clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions and sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Maintain professional decorum by minimizing personal phone usage during working hours to ensure optimal productivity and focus in the office environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
