Executive Secretary

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Company Secretary Duties**:
- **Executive Team Support**: Organize and prepare materials for executive team meetings, including agendas, minutes, and reports. Ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up on action items.
- **Compliance**: Manage the filing of financial statements, and other statutory documents with relevant authorities. Keep abreast of changes in legislation affecting the company.
- **Document Management**: Prepare and file necessary documentation for corporate changes. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Organize travel arrangements for executives and employees, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation. Prepare itineraries and handle travel-related documentation.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office supplies and inventory, manage office equipment maintenance, and coordinate with vendors for office services.
- **Support**: Provide general administrative support to the executive team and other departments as needed.
**HR Assistant Duties**:
- **Onboarding**: Support new employee onboarding, including preparation of employment contracts,and necessary paperwork.
- **Employee Records**: Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, employment history, and leave entitlements.
- **Payroll Assistance**: Assist with payroll processing by gathering and verifying timekeeping records and other payroll-related documentation.
