Admin and Travel Coordinator

**Administrative Duties**:
Manage general office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence for senior management.
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating administrative aspects of HR processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Travel Coordination**:
Book domestic and international flights, accommodation, and transportation for staff and executives.
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure compliance with travel policies and budgets.
Obtain necessary travel documentation (e.g., visas, permits) as required.
Monitor and track travel expenses; reconcile travel expense reports.
Respond promptly to travel-related changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in administration and travel coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel booking platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
