Travel Admin Executive

Executive Admin & Travel, ensuring seamless travel arrangements and administrative support for the organization. Responsibilities encompass handling day-to-day hotel and flight bookings, managing visa processing, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, prompt communication with seniors regarding any discrepancies and adherence to strict timelines for ticket bookings are essential aspects of your role.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Hotel Bookings**:
- Manage day-to-day hotel bookings for employees in accordance with travel requirements.
- Ensure that accommodation meets company standards and budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate with hotels for reservations, cancellations, and special requests as needed.
- **Flight Bookings**:
- Handle day-to-day flight bookings, considering employee preferences and travel itineraries.
- Research and select appropriate airlines and flights based on cost-effectiveness and convenience.
- **Visa Processing**:
- Collaborate with travel agents to facilitate visa processing for employees traveling internationally.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted within deadlines and assist in resolving any issues.
- **Compliance Management**:
- Adhere strictly to company policies and guidelines while executing travel arrangements.
- Stay updated on travel regulations and requirements to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Report any policy violations or discrepancies to senior management promptly.
- **Timely Ticket Bookings**:
- Ensure that ticket bookings are completed within two hours of receiving the requisition.
- Prioritize urgent travel requests and expedite booking processes when necessary.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve any delays or challenges in ticket bookings.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:
- Any Discrepancy shall be immediately bought in to the notice of your senior.
- Depending on organizational needs, additional responsibilities may include managing car rentals, organizing transportation logistics, or coordinating travel insurance.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives as required.
- Assist in organizing corporate events and conferences by arranging venues, catering, and other logístical requirements.
**Job Specification**:
- Minimum Graduate or Degree / Diploma.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Travel and Administration.
- Gender: Female / Male.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic in MS Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
