**Job Title**: Social Media Executive

**Job Location **:Meerut

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing the social media strategies of our company. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, build brand awareness, and drive audience engagement across various social media platforms. Your role will involve developing creative campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends to optimize our social media presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
- Create compelling content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and customer feedback, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Engage with followers, foster community growth, and build relationships with influencers and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and recommend strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities, insights, and ROI for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving trends and industry changes.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
