**Job Summary**

Antsglobe Technologies is hiring Sales and Marketing Professionals for the Nagpur location. The primary job responsibility will include
- 1) Creating and managing new leads for sales of products and services.

2) Conducting customer and market research

3) Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services

4) Direct the training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.

5) Dealing directly with the public to sell or advertise company s' products and services.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

2) Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with existing and new clients and maintaining them over time.

3) Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.

4) Convincing clients to buy products/services or to otherwise change their minds or actions.

6) Developing, designing, or creating new strategies, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.

7) Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.

8) Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

9) Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.

10) Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Minimum 2 years of experience in managing clients, subordinates as well as developing and handling of new strategies and techniques to increase sales and branding of company. Freshers can apply.

**Educational Qualifications**

Graduate or post graduates in management will be preferred.

**Benefits**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
