We are looking for an Executive and Personal Assistant to the CEO who will provide comprehensive support not only in professional matters but also in managing personal and family-related tasks. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly balance the CEO's business responsibilities with their personal and family needs, ensuring efficiency and discretion.
## Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks for the CEO and executive team, including managing calendars, preparing confidential correspondence, and arranging complex travel plans and itineraries. The individual should have a strict acceptance towards after hour support and assistance at anytime.
- Meeting and Event Planning: Coordinate agendas for both professional and personal meetings and events. Ensure smooth logistics and effective communication for office-wide events, family gatherings, and other significant occasions.
- Documentation and Subscriptions Management: Keep all subscriptions and documents up to date, including insurance policies, subscriptions, car documentation, managing day-to-day legal work and any other necessary personal and household paperwork.
- Personal and Family Support: Take on personal tasks and manage family-related responsibilities, including but not limited to scheduling personal and family appointments, organizing family events, coordinating with household staff.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Act as a key communication link between the executive team, family members, coworkers, and external partners. Build and maintain strong relationships across a broad network.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Exhibit proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong decision-making skills. Address both business and personal challenges efficiently, with a focus on proactive solutions and discretion. This person should embrace change, is hard-working, detail oriented and is cost conscious.
- Office and Household Management: Managing both professional and personal calls and messages. Prioritize and manage conflicting schedules and commitments for the CEO and their family.

- Skilled in Microsoft Office, possesses a technical mindset, and has a comprehensive grasp of digital communication platforms.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
