This position within PBWM will be responsible for managing projects and process controls for loss models used by the Global Consumer Bank to predict expected and stress losses under the Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) framework, the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) framework and Dodd-Frank Annual Stress Test (DFAST) act. These programs are administered by the Federal Reserve and are critical tests the Bank must pass to demonstrate that it has sufficient capital to continue operations through periods of economic and financial stress.

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Provide PMO support in all of the projects and enterprise programs involving International Secured CCAR Modeling organization. Coordinate with internal team as well as partner teams for flawless execution, tracking and status reporting of projects.
- Develop the necessary project reporting templates to monitor and track project progress. Proactively identify any emerging project risks. Help in creating standard project plans, calendars and other communication artifacts.
- Be responsible for managing and scheduling model or code change requests.
- Maintain documentation and artifacts repository. Assist in rolling out International Secured CCAR Modeling’s standard operating procedure. Perform control testing and evidence collection on controls as defined by group’s standard operating procedure.
- Continuously manage stake holder communication. Work closely with the manager to create presentations for senior leadership. Assist the manager in ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.


**Qualifications**
- Advanced Degree (Bachelors required, Masters preferred) in Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance or closely related field.
- 7-10 Years PMO and Audit/Controls experience. Proven experience of project management in a quantitative model development within Financial Services industry is a plus. Experience of working in Audit or other control function within Financial Services industry is helpful.
- Proven relationship building and relationship management experience in a professional business setting required. Ability to produce written formal communications in the form of power point presentations, memos or whitepapers for a range of technical and non-technical audiences. An extremely keen eye for detail and efficiency is necessary.
