Job Summary :


The IT Governance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring IT processes, policies, and controls align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This role involves monitoring compliance, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement in IT governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance policies, procedures, and frameworks.

- Support internal and external IT audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.

- Track and report IT risk, compliance, and governance metrics to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business teams to enforce governance practices.

- Maintain documentation related to IT controls, processes, and compliance activities.

- Assist in identifying risks and recommending mitigation Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Experience with IT compliance, risk management, or audit processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
