As a member of our Packing Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are packed efficiently, safely, and attractively for shipment to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Inspecting products for defects or damages before packing.
- Accurately picking, packing, and labeling products according to company standards.
- Ensuring all packaging materials are used effectively to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare products for shipment by carefully packing them according to company guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging.
- Use packaging materials effectively to ensure products are protected during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of items packed and report any discrepancies.
- Assist with the receiving and organizing of stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a packaging or warehouse role is preferred.
