Job Role:
**Assistant - Warehouse Operations (Packing, Picking, Scanning)**

Job Details:

- **Age Limit**: 18-35 years
- **Eligibility**: Fresher & Experienced both can apply
- **Duty Time**: 9 hours per shift
- **Interview Time**: 10:00 AM (Date will be shared)
- **Interview Location**: Shyam Business Park, Durgapur Express Highway, Opposite Begampur HP Petrol Pump, Dankuni
- **Joining Address**: Will be shared during the interview

Salary & Allowances:

- **Basic Salary**: ₹11,363 + HRA ₹568
- **In-hand Salary**: ₹11,931 approx.
- **PF**: ₹1,477 + **ESIC**: ₹388
- **Gross Salary**: ₹13,796 per month
- **Attendance Bonus**:

- 26 Days Present = ₹3,000
- 25 Days Present = ₹2,000
- 24 Days Present = ₹1,000
- **Special Allowance**: ₹25 per day
- **Night Shift Allowance**: ₹70 per night (Max 13 days)
- **Performance Incentive**: Additional based on productivity
- **Transport Facility**: Free bus service (Sheorapoli to Warehouse)

Special Bonus:

- **Durga Puja Offer**: Full attendance from Sashti to Dashami = Additional ₹3,000 (October only)

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
