Role Overview:
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Packing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that every order is packed with care and delivered on time, meeting our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
**Order Fulfillment**:

- Accurately pick, pack, and label products as per customer orders.
- Verify order details to ensure all items are included and meet quality standards.

**Quality Checks**:

- Inspect footwear and packaging materials for any defects or damages.
- Ensure all products are properly cleaned, packaged, and labeled before dispatch.

**Inventory Coordination**:

- Monitor packaging supplies and report low stock levels for timely replenishment.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas.

**Process Improvement**:

- Suggest and implement ways to improve packing efficiency and reduce errors.
- Help maintain an organized and clean packing station.

**Shipping & Dispatch**:

- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of packed and dispatched orders.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in packaging, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of using inventory or packing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
