**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a neat and organized store appearance to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
