**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their academic background, career goals, and study abroad preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in international higher education to effectively advise students on the best study options available.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, utilizing CRM systems and other tools as necessary.
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities to promote our services and attract prospective students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 6+ months experience in education counseling or related field, with a strong understanding of international higher education systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of visa procedures, international student services, and post-study work opportunities preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience studying or working abroad is desirable.
