**Clinical Duties**:

- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing neuro-physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications and manage IV lines as per protocol.
- Assist in therapeutic procedures and ensure timely execution of physiotherapy plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing notes.
- Assist doctors, physiotherapists, and other allied health staff during rounds or interventions.
- Manage wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures efficiently.

**Inpatient Department (IPD) Duties**:

- Ensure 24x7 quality nursing care in coordination with IPD team.
- Support mobility, hygiene, feeding, and daily care routines of admitted patients.
- Monitor neurological symptoms and escalate changes in patient condition.
- Coordinate discharge and admission procedures with caregivers and administration.

**Patient & Family Support**:

- Educate families on caregiving practices post-rehabilitation.
- Offer emotional support and counsel patients and families sensitively.
- Maintain respectful communication and uphold dignity in all interactions.

**Administrative & Compliance**:

- Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain nursing inventory, equipment upkeep, and daily shift reports.
- Participate in quality audits, training programs, and clinical reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- GNM Certification from a recognized institute.
- Registration with Maharashtra Nursing Council.
- BLS/ACLS certified (preferred).

**Requirements**:

- We Need Nurses who are willing to work Rotational shift & Especially Night Shifts
- who has worked in ICU before.
- who has experience working in Reputed hospitals in Pune

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Yearly bonus
