Build and maintain positive customer relationships by ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries.

Document customer interactions and update records accurately.

Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.

**Requirements**:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi or Malayalam is mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience in a customer support or related role is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
