**Role Overview**:
As the Digital Marketing Expert at Impactshaala, you will be pivotal in shaping our marketing strategies and driving our digital presence. This position involves complete ownership of the company’s digital marketing efforts, including branding, advertising, and other relevant activities. You will work directly with the founder and other core team members to amplify the brand’s message, increase engagement, and execute impactful marketing campaigns. This role is designed for someone who is entrepreneurial, visionary, and passionate about leveraging digital platforms for educational and social impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Curate, create, and manage engaging content (text, graphics, video) for digital platforms like social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, optimizing strategies based on key metrics.
- Manage online community interactions, responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful engagement.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders for joint marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to keep Impactshaala's presence innovative.
- Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing with experience in startups or educational platforms preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proven expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media management tools.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging and impactful content tailored to different platforms
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Self-motivated**: A proactive individual who is comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
**Key Skills**
- **SEO/SEM Expertise**: Proficient in search engine optimization and marketing, with a strong understanding of how to drive organic traffic.
- **Content Marketing**: Skilled in creating and distributing engaging content across platforms, tailoring it to audience needs.
- **Social Media Management**: Experience managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Data Analysis**: Proficient in using analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- **Paid Advertising**: Experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve targeted KPIs.
