Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Officer. The Collections Officer will be responsible for debt collection, providing customer service, analyzing data, and communicating with clients. The role requires the Officer to work in the Bhopal office.

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate /Graduate is Preferred
- Process
- M-pocket (Voice Process)
- Debt collection skills and experience
- Analytical skills
- Customer service skills
- Communication skills In Both Languages Hindi and English
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in collections and/or customer service is preferred
