
Telesales Executive

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Telesales Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be speaking to potential and existing customers, introducing them to our products or services, and helping them find the right solution; all over the phone.
Whether you’re already experienced in telesales or looking to grow your career in sales, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Making outbound calls to leads, prospects, or existing customers
- Engaging customers in friendly, professional conversations about our offerings
- Understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the right solution
- Following up on leads and keeping detailed notes in our CRM system
- Meeting (and aiming to exceed) daily or weekly sales targets
- Working closely with the wider sales team and supporting campaigns
- Handling questions, objections, and feedback in a positive, helpful way
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Someone who’s confident, clear, and comfortable talking on the phone
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated - you enjoy hitting targets
- Good listening skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Previous experience in telesales, call centres, or customer service is a bonus, but not essential
**Nice to Have (But Not a Dealbreaker)**:
- Experience using a CRM or sales tools
- Background in FMCG industry is a plus (we’ll train you either way)
- Multilingual? That’s always a benefit
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
