**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to promote dental services and special offers.
- Receive and handle inbound calls, answering queries about dental treatments, appointments, and clinic services.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, or appointment confirmations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and patient interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide information about dental procedures, payment options, and clinic policies.
- Promote dental packages, discounts, or health plans to prospective patients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or similar role (preferably in healthcare or dental industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, polite, and patient-oriented attitude.
- Good organizational and data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and treatments (preferred but not mandatory).

- Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Engage with patients and build rapport to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay updated with clinic services, promotions, and policies to communicate effectively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,377.77 per month
