We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals who have either **completed schooling or are fresh graduates**, and are passionate about **starting a business** or learning how businesses work.

This role is ideal for those who are eager to **gain hands-on experience**, explore business ideas, conduct market research, and work at the **ground level of real-world operations**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct research on **business trends, local markets, and startup opportunities**:

- Assist in **on-ground business activities**, client interactions, and fieldwork
- Support in preparing **basic reports, surveys, and competitor analysis**:

- Participate in **brainstorming sessions and business development planning**:

- Work closely with mentors and entrepreneurs to understand how businesses are built

**Requirements**:

- Completed **schooling or recent graduate** (any stream)
- Strong **interest in entrepreneurship and business**:

- Good **communication skills** (spoken and written)
- Ability to work **on-ground and independently** when required
- Eagerness to learn, research, and grow within a team environment
