**Strategy & Research Associate**

**Role Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Research**: Conduct detailed primary and secondary research across sectors, including public policy, grassroots campaigns, and business strategy.
- **Framework Development**: Create structured methodologies for strategy development and implementation.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with clients, field teams, and leadership to align on objectives and expectations.
- **Report Generation**: Design and present detailed reports, including data visualizations and key takeaways, to drive project decisions.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze KPIs to assess project performance and propose course corrections as needed.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Master’s degree in management, Economics, or related disciplines from a reputed institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, market research, or policy analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Political Science, or a degree from a Premier institute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with a detail-oriented approach.
