Conduct cold calls to potential students to inform them about Career Launcher's educational programs.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the programs to prospective students.
- Follow-up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to facilitate enrollment.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to prospective students' concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for increasing enrollment and improving conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Career Launcher's programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international and domestic call centers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospective students.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Great negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
