**Job Title: Fashion Merchandiser**

**Job Summary**:The Fashion Merchandiser is a key player in the fashion industry, responsible for curating and managing a compelling assortment of clothing, accessories, and other fashion items. This role involves collaborating with designers, buyers, and retailers to ensure that the product selection aligns with market trends, customer preferences, and the overall brand image.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Trend Analysis and Research**:Stay abreast of current fashion trends, attending fashion shows, and conducting market research to identify emerging styles and consumer preferences.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to understand the success of existing products and anticipate future trends.

**Product Selection and Procurement**:Work closely with designers and buyers to curate a fashionable and market-appropriate product assortment.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for favorable terms, ensuring timely procurement of merchandise.

**Inventory Planning and Management**:Develop and execute inventory plans to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstock or stockouts.
Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate and efficient stock control.

**Visual Merchandising**:Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create visually appealing displays that showcase the latest fashion trends and encourage customer engagement.
Ensure that merchandise presentation aligns with the brand's aesthetic and storytelling.

**Price Management**:Set and adjust pricing strategies based on fashion trends, cost considerations, and competitive analysis.
Monitor pricing dynamics in the market and implement changes as needed.

**Collaboration with Designers and Buyers**:Work closely with design teams to provide input on market trends and customer preferences.
Collaborate with buyers to ensure that the product assortment meets both creative and commercial objectives.

**Sales Analysis and Reporting**:Analyze sales performance data to assess the success of different products and categories.
Generate reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing the merchandise mix.

**Promotions and Events**:Plan and execute promotional events or collaborations to drive brand awareness and boost sales.
Coordinate with marketing teams to align promotions with broader brand strategies.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
