Operation Executive cum Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts for the company while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This role requires a combination of operational and strategic skills.
- Key Responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationships with Our key clients, and helping them to meet their needs and expectations. With help of internal team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Understand client business needs and goals, and develop strategies to help them achieve success
- Identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation within existing client accounts
- Work with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
- Provide regular updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Soft Spoken & Quick Learner
- Bachelor's degree
- Understand the account management Responsibility
- Proven track record of growing and managing key client accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to Learn

**Salary**: ₹35,995.09 - ₹60,066.10 per month
