**About Ayurvedagram**: Ayurvedagram is a renowned authentic Ayurvedic healing center dedicated to providing traditional Ayurvedic treatments and wellness experiences. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Digital Content Creator to amplify our online presence, share our success stories, and connect with a wider audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Content Creation**:

- Design visually appealing and engaging graphics for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including posts, stories, reels, carousels, and ad creatives.
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with our target audience, promoting Ayurvedic principles, treatments, and wellness offerings.
- Ensure all social media content is optimized for respective platforms and aligns with current trends and best practices.
- **Video Editing & Production**:

- Edit compelling customer testimonial videos, transforming raw footage into polished, engaging narratives that highlight positive experiences at Ayurvedagram.
- Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) for social media, showcasing our facilities, treatments, and the overall wellness journey.
- Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, background music, and sound effects to enhance video quality and impact.
- Assist with on-site video shoots when required, ensuring proper lighting, audio, and framing.
- **Content Management & Branding**:

- Maintain and evolve Ayurvedagram's visual brand identity across all digital assets, ensuring consistency in color, typography, imagery, and overall aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan, develop, and execute a comprehensive content calendar.
- Organize and manage digital assets (photos, videos, design files) efficiently.
- **Visibility Enhancement**:

- Contribute innovative ideas for visual content that can increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media algorithms, and digital marketing strategies to maximize content reach and impact.
- Analyze content performance metrics to inform future creative decisions.
- Be available to commute to the Ayurvedagram facility in Bengaluru for content shoots, team meetings, and strategic planning sessions as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content creation and video editing.
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or hospitality sector, especially with a focus on Ayurveda or traditional practices, is highly desirable.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Proficiency in other relevant design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms' technical requirements (aspect ratios, file formats, etc.).
- **Creative & Design Skills**:

- Exceptional eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Ability to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Creativity and a flair for producing original and engaging content.
- **Video Skills**:

- Solid understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, transitions, color grading, and audio mixing.
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
