**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Development**:

- Create visually engaging designs for **newsletters**, **brochures**, **posters**, **book covers**, **invites**, **eNotes**, **certificates**, **booklets**, **stickers**, **logos**, **banners**and **folders**.
- Update and modify existing designs as needed to meet evolving requirements.
- **Multimedia Content Creation**:

- Develop **motion graphics**, **videos**, **GIFs**, and other multimedia content to enhance the school's online and offline presence.
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality animations and video content.
- **Branding and Presentation**:

- Ensure all designs maintain a consistent look and feel, adhering to the school's branding guidelines.
- Prepare engaging **Microsoft Word** documents and **PowerPoint presentations** for school events and presentations.
- **Collaboration and Feedback**:

- Work closely with the Reporting Manager, administration, and the central team to understand project requirements and deliver tailored designs.
- Incorporate feedback to improve design outputs while meeting deadlines.
- **Resource Management**:

- Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files for future use.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (presentation creation expertise)
- **Design Expertise**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing for print and digital media.
- Proven ability to produce motion graphics, animations, and video content.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Experience**:

- 4+ years of experience in graphic design or a related role (experience in an educational setting is a plus).

- Willingness to contribute ideas and innovations to enhance the school’s visual communication strategies.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹11,090.03 - ₹45,000.00 per month
