**About Machaxi**:
Machaxi is transforming the sports and fitness landscape in India with world-class facilities for badminton, swimming, and more. We're looking for a talented **Graphic Designer** with strong skills in **photo and video curation **to help us craft compelling visuals and boost our brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Visual Assets**: Create graphics for social media, print, and digital ads using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- **Video Editing**: Produce high-quality video content for campaigns and promotions using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
- **Photography & Videography**: Assist with capturing and editing photos and videos from events and day-to-day activities at Machaxi centers.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- **Motion Graphics**: Develop motion graphics and animations for dynamic social media posts and ads.
- **Optimize Content**: Ensure all designs and videos are platform-specific and of the highest quality for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain a consistent look and feel across all content in line with Machaxi's brand guidelines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in graphic design with a focus on photo and video editing.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Ability to create **motion graphics** and **animations**.
- Experience in **shooting and editing photos/videos** is a plus.
- Strong **creativity** and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Team player** with excellent collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Graphic Design** or **Multimedia**.
- Experience in the **sports or fitness industry** is an advantage.
