**Description du profil recherché**:
La société ALSYMEX BOURG EN BRESSE - 70 personnes-, basée dans l’Ain, filiale du groupe ALCEN, fournit des installations et des mises en services électriques et contrôle-commandes pour les environnements sévères comme l’oil and gaz et le nucléaire.
Dans le cadre de notre évolution, nous recherchons:
UN RESPONSABLE ESSAIS (F/H) en CDI
Vous intégrez notre département production et avez pour mission d’assurer par la définition et la réalisation d’une série d’essais, la conformité et la performance d’équipements industriels (boites à gant, machines spéciales -contrôle commandes-, presses )
MISSIONS
Ø Analyser / interpréter les cahiers des charges clients
Ø Etablir une liste d’essais permettant de démontrer le respect du cahier des charges
Ø Rédiger les fiches d’essais à mener
Ø Réaliser ou diriger la réalisation des essais (étanchéité, performance, fonctionnels, conformité) - compétence en CND si possible, électricité, mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique
Ø Analyser les essais et rédiger le PV de contrôle
Ø Démontrer en interface avec le client la cohérence et la conformité des essais
Ø Assurer des contacts et échanges direct avec les clients

Les essais sont réalisés sur notre site de Bourg en Bresse mais également chez le client.
Des déplacements seront à effectuer France entière.PROFIL
De formation technique élec/ mécanique de préférence, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur des essais.
Nous vous offrons la possibilité de suivre la formation Cofrend 2 en LT.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel client et appréciez également de travailler en toute autonomie.
Vous êtes habitable défense et nucléaire.

CONDITIONS
Statut cadre, 217 jours, CDI
Prime de semestrielle, prime JT de chantier et prime d’habilitation nucléaire mensuelle, tickets restaurant, mutuelle totalement prise en charge par l’employeur.
