**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach the IBDP Global Politics course to students in accordance with the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) curriculum standards.
- Design and deliver dynamic and interactive lessons that promote critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and interdisciplinary connections.
- Facilitate discussions and debates on a wide range of global political topics, encouraging students to analyze multiple perspectives and develop informed opinions.
- Integrate real-world case studies, current events, and multimedia resources to enhance students' understanding of key concepts and theories.
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout the research, writing, and presentation of their Internal Assessment (IA) and Extended Essay (EE) projects.
- Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessment tasks, including essays, exams, presentations, and collaborative projects.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that values diversity, respect, and open-mindedness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum goals, instructional strategies, and assessment practices across the department and school.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience in IBDP Global Politics or a similar program is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of global political issues, theories, and debates.
- Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy, curriculum, and assessment framework.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
