**Job Title: Project Coordinator**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with 3 years of experience in the IT industry to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and strong organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Track project progress, milestones, and budgets, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Identify and escalate project issues, risks, and dependencies to project managers for timely resolution.
- Support project managers in managing stakeholder expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports, presentations, and other communication materials for project stakeholders.
- Perform administrative tasks related to project management, such as maintaining project files, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT industry, with exposure to project coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications in project management are desirable but not required.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
