**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the purchase team in day-to-day procurement tasks.
- Collect quotations from vendors and prepare comparison sheets.
- Support the preparation and issuance of **purchase orders**.
- Follow up with vendors for delivery timelines and order updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for material and component requirements.
- Help maintain records of purchase transactions and stock updates.
- Assist in basic inventory checks and stock level monitoring.
- Provide administrative support in purchase documentation and filing.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) - Any trade.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in a purchase or coordination role.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and document handling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn procurement processes and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Nice to Have**
- Internship or brief experience in a purchasing, logistics, or warehouse environment.
- Exposure to inventory tools or ERP systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
