- Managing repair & arrangements. of hardware and software.
- Managing servers.
- Monitoring system performance.
- Installing software and monitor licenses.
- Maintaining backups.
- Maintaining network infrastructure.
- Responding to tickets raised for IT support and follow a two-day TAT.
- Procuring of assets, asset management, asset tagging, maintain asset inventory.
- Maintaining the net connectivity.
- Undertake data security measures.
- Data Usage Analysis.
