**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome customers and listen to their vehicle service/repair needs.
- Open job cards, record complaints, and prepare accurate service estimates.
- Explain recommended services, maintenance schedules, and warranty policies.
- Coordinate with workshop supervisors/technicians to allocate and monitor jobs.
- Provide updates to customers on job progress, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced correctly, tested, and ready for delivery.
- Prepare invoices and explain service/repair details to customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
- Promote value-added services, accessories, and annual maintenance packages.
- Maintain service records and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Support after-sales service campaigns and meet customer retention targets.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good technical knowledge of automobiles (basic mechanical & electrical systems).
- Customer-centric with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using service management software and MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
