**Job Responsibilities (US Labor Recruitment)**:

- Performing phone interviews
- Should be able to conduct background or reference checks on job applicants, particularly those who will be given job offers
- Should be able to close open position requirements within the set time-frame
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the selection process
- Handling of administration and record-keeping
- Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently

**Required Skills**:

- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills
- Logical thinking
- Organizing

**Shift timings**: US Shift. Flexible for Rotational Shifts between 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM (9 hrs predefined shift)

**Working days**: 6 days a week and Monday fixed off.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panaji, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
