**Opening for AM / DM - Planning in real estate developer (High Rise Building /Commercial /Residential)**
Job Location - GOA
Qualification - BE/B.tech - Civil Engg.
**Responsibilities**:
Working on Scheduling of project though MSP & allied tools, tracking and monitoring of the Project to facilitate timely completion of project.
Weekly Site visit/meeting with vendors to review the progress and hindrances.
Coordinating with Architect and other consultant for any query/issue relate to site.
Coordinating with Purchase Department for Materials & PR/PO & Material procurement.
Conducting the weekly, monthly progress review meetings with client & vendors. Conducting the coordination meeting with all stakeholders at single platform to address the coordination issues.
Preparing of meeting agenda & MOM.
Tracking tender event schedule for unawarded packages in coordination with RO team.
Conducted pre-qualification works for vendor approval.
Preparing monthly progress report and presenting to client highlighting project synopsis, progress & risks/challenges.
Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure
client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope,budget, schedule, quality and risk.
Identifying project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Conducting and closing the IMS Audits for the site.
