Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotlist Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling various types of IT requirements and a proven track record in recruitment and sales.

Key Responsibilities:


•Recruitment Life Cycle Management: Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for Tier 1 Vendors and implementation partners in the US.

•IT Requirements Handling: Manage different types of IT requirements such as Big Data, Salesforce, Java, .Net, Oracle, SAP, etc.

•Conversion Ratio Achievement: Achieve a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.

•Team Interaction: Conduct regular interactions and daily meetings with team members and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, and future requirements.

•Candidate Funnel Creation: Proactively create a funnel of potential candidates.

Must Have Experience:

  • Selling Hot-List/Bench: Actively sell hot-list/bench candidates to clients.
  • Vendor Experience: Work with prime vendors like TEKsystems, Apex Systems, The Judge Group, Modis, Experis, Insight Global, etc.
  • Client and Candidate Sourcing: Search and source new clients and candidates for matching requirements on LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Etc.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time Positions, and 1099/C2C/W2 terms. Must have experience in Bench Sales/Hot-List Sales, placing H1B Transfer consultants mainly.
  • Skills: Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Environment: Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment.
  • Knowledge: Clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/employment types, and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT.
