**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Textile Merchandiser to join our team. As a Textile Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the têxtile supply chain, including sourcing, purchasing, production, and delivery. You will work closely with manufacturers and vendors to assist in new product developments, quality improvements, negotiations, contracts and timely delivery of high-quality têxtile products that meet customer needs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify current and future trends in têxtiles, as well as potential suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the best possible price and terms for materials and products.
- Coordinate production schedules, including ordering materials, monitoring production progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the best possible quality and price.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in têxtile sciences or engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in têxtile merchandising, preferably in a manufacturing business.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of têxtile manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
