**Job Overview**:
Gurukul The School is seeking a dedicated and organized Lab Assistant to support the science department. The Lab Assistant will assist with setting up experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring safety standards, and helping students during practical lessons. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and science.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and organize materials for science experiments.
- Ensure all lab activities follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of lab equipment.
- Manage lab inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Provide support to teachers during lessons and assist students with experiments.
- Keep accurate records of lab activities, inventory, and safety checks.
- Making the lab space fun & exciting for children.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Background in Science Required.**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a lab environment of a school setting is Mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to **follow safety protocols **and manage materials.
- Comfortable **assisting students **and teachers in a classroom setting.
- Basic **knowledge of laboratory equipmen**t and tools; ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Strong understanding of laboratory **safety protocols** and ability to enforce them.
- Ability to carefully follow instructions and ensure the **accurate preparation of materials and experiments.**
