**Role Overview**:
As an ERP Software Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of our ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation, configuration, and alignment with business processes. Your deep expertise in ERP functionalities—from finance and HR to supply chain and CRM—will enable you to troubleshoot issues, train users, and drive continuous improvement. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity, enhancing system efficiency, and supporting organizational growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ERP System Management**:

- Configure, monitor, and maintain all ERP modules (e.g., finance, inventory, procurement, HR, sales).
- Ensure seamless integration between ERP and third-party tools (e.g., CRM, BI platforms).
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security audits.
- **User Support & Training**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related queries, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to empower users across departments.
- Create user guides and FAQs to enhance system adoption.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Analyze business workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend ERP-driven solutions.
- Customize ERP workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP functionality with strategic goals.
- **Data Management**:

- Oversee data migration, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Generate and analyze reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- **Compliance & Security**:

- Ensure ERP compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and internal policies.
- Implement role-based access controls and monitor user permissions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience operating and configuring ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP functionalities.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in ERP modules (finance, inventory, HR, etc.) and database management (SQL, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of system integration and API frameworks.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ERP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Associate, Oracle ERP Cloud).
