**Job Profile Overview**

An ERP & Data Entry Operator in Jamnagar would perform key administrative tasks related to data entry while utilizing ERP software to manage business operations (such as inventory, procurement, sales, etc.). **Key Responsibilities ERP System Management**:

- Update and enter data into ERP systems
- Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate and timely data updates (Inventory, Finance, HR, etc.).
- Run reports for analysis and decision-making for management.
- Manage purchase orders, sales orders, and procurement data.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data consistency and integrity.

**Data Entry Duties**:

- Enter data into the ERP system from physical documents, forms, or invoices.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files (including scanned documents).
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into systems.
- Perform regular data clean-up to remove redundancies or outdated information.
- Generate regular reports for internal use and management review.

**Skills & Competencies Technical Skills**:

- **ERP Software**: Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other industry-specific ERP systems.
- **MS Excel**: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
- **Data Management**: Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- **Basic Accounting Knowledge**: A general understanding of accounting, especially related to invoicing, purchases, and stock management.

**Soft Skills**:

- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Communication**: Clear communication with different departments (Sales, Accounts, HR).
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot data entry issues.
- **Confidentiality**: Ensuring sensitive business information remains private.

**Educational Qualifications**
- **Bachelor's Degree** in **Commerce (B.Com)**, **Business Administration (BBA)**, or **Computer Science**.
- Certification in **Tally ERP**, **SAP**, or **Microsoft Excel**.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
