Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Real Estate Tele-calling / Customer Handling

Key Responsibilities:

- Call customers post-visit or post-sale to collect feedback about their experience.
- Maintain positive and professional communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Accurately note down all client responses and prepare summary reports.
- Handle queries, resolve minor issues, or escalate as required.
- Coordinate with CRM and Sales team for resolving client concerns.
- Maintain follow-up call records and ensure timely communication.
- Prepare daily/weekly feedback reports and share with management.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (spoken English is a must).
- Prior experience in real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette and polite behavior.
- Ability to handle feedback with patience and professionalism.
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
- CRM software usage knowledge (preferred).

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any stream.
- 1-2 years of telecalling/customer support experience in real estate or service industry.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
