We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our cosmetics division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling cosmetic products, developing strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company's cosmetic products to retail stores, beauty salons, spas, pharmacies, and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on competitors' activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and trade shows.
  • Provide regular sales reports, feedback, and market insights to management.
  • Maintain knowledge of product portfolio, skin care trends, and cosmetic industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or personal care industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products.
