Role Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our customer engagement strategy. Your role will involve not just selling, but building meaningful relationships and understanding the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales or customer service (1+ years preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
