Front Office Assistant

We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team at [Hotel Name], a prestigious four-star hotel. As a Front Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
- **Guest Reception**: Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience.
- **Reservation Management**: Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately, utilizing the hotel's reservation system.
- **Information Desk**: Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, catering to their inquiries and needs promptly and professionally.
- **Payment Processing**: Process guest payments, including room charges, deposits, and cash transactions, in compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports to support the efficient functioning of the front office.
- **Guest Relations**: Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance to enhance their overall experience at the hotel.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- **Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred**
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
