As a Store Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets within a retail environment. You will be the face of the store, interacting with customers, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your job description may include the following responsibilities:

- **Sales and Customer Service**: Greet customers, provide product information, and assist with their inquiries. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to promote products and upsell additional items. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints or issues.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the products offered by the store, including their features, benefits, and usage. Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to effectively communicate and recommend products to customers.
- **Store Presentation**: Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment. Ensure that shelves are stocked, products are neatly displayed, and pricing is accurate. Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create attractive product displays that enhance the customer shopping experience.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, including customer information, products sold, and payment methods. Generate regular sales reports and provide feedback to store management on sales performance, customer trends, and potential opportunities for improvement.
- **Product Promotions and Events**: Actively participate in store promotions, sales events, and marketing initiatives. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities to drive customer traffic and increase sales. Provide feedback and insights on the effectiveness of promotions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other store staff, including store managers, merchandisers, and customer service representatives, to ensure a seamless and coordinated customer experience. Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the sales process.
- **Product Training**: Attend product training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits. Share this knowledge with customers and team members to enhance their understanding and ability to sell the products effectively.
- **Cash Handling**: Process sales transactions accurately, including accepting cash, credit card, and other forms of payment. Ensure the security of cash registers and handle cash transactions in accordance with store policies and procedures.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Follow up with customers after their purchase, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction. Utilize customer information and preferences to provide personalized service and recommendations.

Overall, as a Store Sales Executive, your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining a well-organized store, and contributing to the overall success of the retail operation.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
