**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for: Instagram posts, reels, and stories, YouTube video titles, descriptions, and scripts, LinkedIn posts with a professional yet approachable tone, Twitter content with a focus on wit, brevity, and trends, WhatsApp statuses with impactful and brief messaging, Posters, banners, and infographics for both digital and offline use.
- Create scroll-stopping headlines, taglines, and captions that resonate with the audience and boost engagement.
- Develop copy for Meta ads.
- Develop creative captions, hashtags, and Call-to-Action (CTA) phrases tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
- Write scripts for videos or reels, collaborating with designers and editors to ensure the final product delivers a cohesive message.
- Craft engaging copy for interactive content such as polls, quizzes, contests, and Q&A sessions on platforms like Instagram and Twitter.
- Partner with graphic designers to ensure the copy and visuals complement each other seamlessly.
- Work closely with video editors to script and deliver video content that tells a story, educates, or entertains.
- Be active and generate creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and social media content.
- Research and understand the target audience deeply to create personalized and relevant messaging for various platforms.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to craft unique, standout copy.
- Write content that creates an emotional connection with the audience while driving desired actions (likes, comments, shares, etc.).
- Proofread and edit content to ensure it is grammatically accurate, free from typos, and meets the platform’s standards.
- Maintain attention to detail to deliver polished and professional content.
- Adapt content quickly to meet feedback and last-minute changes without compromising on quality.
- Use data insights to improve and optimize copy for better results in future campaigns.
- Continuously monitor and adapt to emerging trends in digital marketing, social media, and content formats.
- Stay on top of platform updates (e.g., Instagram algorithm changes, new YouTube features) to maximize content reach.
- Experiment with new content formats and bring fresh ideas to marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation.
- Proven track record of writing engaging, high-performing copy for various platforms.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the platform (Example: Professional for LinkedIn, fun and witty for Instagram).
- Strong understanding of the nuances of writing for different formats (short captions, long-form scripts, storytelling posts, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- A creative thinker with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Having a personality and interest to be in front of the camera for videos would be a bonus

**Work Location**: Learntech Edu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. #80 (Old No.4), 'D' Main, East End, 9th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore-560041

**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
